We`re continued to experiment with the technology of "sour-kettle", as a result to present our version of the light and refreshing Gose.
Restrained hop aromatics Mosaic and Enigma, the inherent addition of spicy coriander and salt, gave an interesting bouquet of flavors, nice harmony with the characteristic acidity in the finish.
And in spite of the winter, Salty Dog, it symbolizes our idea that beer is not afraid of the seasons, as well as an experienced sailor is not afraid of storms. In the end, why light and tasty beer should be drunk only in the summer, when you can drink all year round?
