Beer description
Many centuries ago, many beers were brewed with rye. However, since rye is particularly well-suited for baking bread and bread has always been considered a more essential food than beer, brewing with rye was often restricted or even banned, leading to rye disappearing from many recipes.
Fortunately, brewing with rye has not been restricted for a long time! It's really nice to have such a simple Rye Ale.
The bitterness is subtly in the background. Nice spicy notes from the rye. Reminiscent of mild pepper.
Unfiltered.
To be enjoyed since 24.04.2024.
