What if you combine cress, szechuan peppers and kaffir lime leaves with a Black IPA? With the help of our friends at Koppert Cress we found the perfect cress to combine with beer. This cress provides a slightly spicy and fresh citrus character. In addition to an Oriental tint, the Szechuan peppers also provide a slight tingling on the tongue without being too spicy.
