Brouwerij De Molen (Dutch pronunciation: [ˌbrʌwərɛi̯ də moːlə (n)]) is a small brewery, distillery and restaurant in Bodegraven, The Netherlands. The brewery, whose name is the mill, is located in a windmill called De Arkduif, which was built in 1697. The premises also include the brewery taproom and a retail beer store serving European and American craft beers, as well as regional produce such as farmhouse cheese. De Molen has participated in joint projects with other breweries Mikkeller and De Struise Brouwers. They also participated in re-creations of historic beer recipes, such as the late British brewer Barclay Perkins
