Deep golden, full-bodied malty beer that does not lose its balance due to a proper bitterness. With an original wort of 12.8%, it is deliberately boiled a bit stronger and has a pleasant astringency due to the use of the best Bavarian hop varieties. This full-bodied spectacle is rounded out with a Saphir cold hop addition, which adds a certain depth to our interpretation of this classic.
