Brewing tradition since 1762. Just like the hotel and brewery inn Jakob, the brewery can also look back on a long tradition. However, since 1996 the Nittenau brewery has been run by Mr. Dipl. Master Brewer Josef Jakob. A small brewery with great beer quality that sustainably produces a wide variety of high-quality drinks. The motto of the house is: "From the region - for the region" because they stand for short trade routes and convincing freshness. They also attach importance to a conscious and environmentally friendly production method and cover 94% of the required energy with their own photovoltaic system. The Brauhaus Nittenau is one of the few solar beer breweries in Germany and is allowed to bear this as a seal of quality. Since 2011, the son Sebastian Jakob has been working in the local company after his apprenticeship and studies to become a master brewer.
