Spontaneous, sour
Fermentation
Beer description
Urban spaces are predominantly taken over by one style, sometimes giving way to the sturdy opposite of an overpowering colour. Their flavours and degrees keep the rhythm of metropolises alive, filling the streets with missing fruit or bringing sweetness to concrete evenings. We decided to take a break and replace fussy hop urbanism and imperial pathos with a serene rural spirit that beckons city dwellers with dimensionality and tranquillity.
Going back to the roots, we brewed a farmhouse ale fermented with two strains of Belgian yeast. Wheat malt gives it a calming softness, and a slight hibiscus sourness adds brightness to the overall picture. Spicy hay aroma and rustic tones on the palate.
