Beer description
A stout with oriental flavors always yields something interesting, often with sweet and salty aromas. The same goes for the Miso & Caramel. Adding miso, a paste of fermented soybeans, salt and koji, to the boil gives this stout a salty character. The roasted malts and sweet caramel notes bring the whole of the aromas into balance.
