To Øl (Tool Beer) - Maxima

This beer is brewed in collaboration with BRUS and is inspired by Lost All Reason, a best-selling beer there. Dry hopping with Citra cryo hops at the start of fermentation, the beer has a fruity/juicy intensity which is then boosted by adding Strata hops. Maxima trials a different yeast than we normally use for hazy IPAs and a new salt profile for the Svinninge brew team. This beer, along with Minima, is designed as a pair.
