Beer description

This Pils, which is hidden under a medium-pored, white but well-stable crown, is characterized by a bright, strong yellow color that fills the glass without any clouding. The intense hop aromas, which are accompanied by grainy aromas, stand out in the nose. Tart notes are also present. Vigorous hops then also in the first taste. The four aroma hops used make no secret of their existence. Very fine, pleasant carbonic acid, which harmonises perfectly with the wonderful bitter taste. Pilsbeers of this kind are actually used to taste more from Northern Germany. In the after-drink some malty cereal aromas of the spelled come through, but never manage to prevail against the hops. Great hop-bitter after-drink with long fading aromas.

In der Nase grünes Malz, leicht DMS, Antrunk etwas besser recht ausgeprägtes Hopfenprofil, schlank, trocken, bitterer Abgang. Schade, ohne DMS wäre es ganz brauchbar.
