Klosterhof - HeidALEberg Red Summer Ale

Our shimmering red ale for late summer. Not quite as strong as the IPA, the Red Summer Ale also shines with its fruity hopping, which here tends towards citrus fruits such as lemon and mandarin. A worthy and refreshing end to the warm season and a nice, top-fermented alternative to Hopfenfuchs. Several additions of hops retain much more intensity of the hops and although summer is almost over, you still feel like you're in the middle of it.
