Description

The brewery to the Klosterhof was officially opened in October 2009. Since then, exclusively organic beer has been brewed on the grounds of the Neuburg Monastery in a tradition of craftsmanship. Here, where once the monks used to keep their pigs in the stables, now, after an elaborate reconstruction, the finest beer is brewed. The monastery has always produced a variety of alcoholic beverages (cider, wine, spirits) beer has never been brewed here.
