Beer description

Hops, malt and hand-harvested juniper berries and berries are the ingredients of the new vintage beer. After fir, stone pine, larch, black pine and spruce, the forest beer partners turn with the alpine juniper for the first time to the middle "forest floor" - the shrub layer - to. The young juniper branches, needles and berries were harvested in June at the Federal Forest District Zederhaus in Lungau, the highly aromatic ripe juniper berries after the first frosty nights in September. "Kiesbyes Waldbier" is produced as a creative beer with about 7.2% alcohol by volume. Due to the high alcohol content, the essential constituents of the juniper dissolve into the beer and discreetly release their fine aromas. The result is an unfiltered creative beer made from 100% Austrian raw materials. The forest beer "Juniper" is golden and slightly opal, since it was completely natural only by a very long - 90-day - cold storage was clarified. Nach einem halben Jahr auf einem sehr guten Weg, Wacholder wird durch jungen Schnittkäse perfekt unterstützt.
