Beer description

The larch in the forest does not have such a creamy white intensive foam, but already on this beer and with useable stability. The beer itself starts off with an amber color that is slightly opal due to its naturalness. Intense fruity aromas of citrus fruits with a slight caramel and honey-like sweetness and resinous woody notes, which give rise to a forest beer feeling. Although it is a bock beer, it is surprisingly gentle in the Antrunk. Still intensely fruity with forest beer notes. The bitterness is elegant in the background, but is always present as a keynote. A light body with a dominant fruity caramel sweetness in the middle section. Very fine carbon dioxide, which acts as a moussierend on the tongue. In the after-drink, the finale is dominated by fine honey notes with sour citrus flavors, in which you can once more hear resinous notes towards the end.
