Kehrwieder - Riedenburger - Frischer Traum (2024)

Kehrwieder Kreativbrauerei & Riedenburger Brauhaus “Frischer Traum” BIO joint brew. For this year's Kehrwieder-Riedenburger joint brew, we harvested fresh organic Solero hops together, did not dry or treat them and brought them directly to the Riedenburger Brauhaus. We brewed our Wet Hop Pale Ale 2024 with organic pale ale malt. We enjoy this limited creative beer, which will not be available again until the 2025 hop harvest, at 8 °C in a bulbous glass. Its freshness lasts longest when stored in a dark and cool place. We have been brewing this Wet Hop Pale for the hop harvest for eleven years and Katja Marx has also designed the front label for the eleventh time. This year, artist Katja Marx (lichter-low.com) has chosen Osmotar for the design. In Finnish mythology, she is the embodiment of knowledge about brewing and the power of beer. Her helper: a fighting wild boar that is said to have helped the beer to ferment.
