Beer description
A down-to-earth, unfiltered, naturally cloudy cellar beer with an accentuated hop note based on a 400-year-old family recipe. After opening the bottle, it smells slightly of hops. It has a mild, tangy taste with a light to tart bitter note from the hops. The head has a creamy and rich texture and is exceptionally well-structured with plenty of carbonation. We also call it the cellar beer with the "blond soul"! It is dedicated to the legendary Jungferkättl. She is the symbol of our beer village Weißenbrunn.
