Beer description

Riesling or beer or both? In color, a straw-yellow, naturally cloudy beer with a very fine, creamy white crown that sticks to the glass. In the nose, aromas manifest, which are more reminiscent of a white wine. Fresh citrus and honey melon flavors are found next to it. Also in the Antrunk one has taste rather the feeling to have it to do with a dry white wine. Again, it is the fruity and honey sweet notes that mark the difference. Very lively and sparkling carbon dioxide with seemingly endless refreshing potential. Hop aromas are sought in vain, these were sacrificed in favor of grape-stressed wine notes. Bodyless, it goes into the very dry Nachtrunk, which is characterized by grape sweetness and a wine-like character. The alcohol does not occur at any time - despite its not negligible value - in taste appearance.
