Beer description
The Cardinal is a full-bodied, red Doppelbock, untergärig, with mild Kellerhopfung. In the color rich copper red with ruby reflections, the foam dense cream-colored with a reddish impact. A clear hop note with grapefruit and mango hints, accompanied by delicate caramel tones. After the caramel drink, noble cognac and plum aromas quickly develop; a warming, slightly alcoholic note underlines the character. An exotic aroma from the soulful cellar hopping with Cascade hops is superimposed on this.
