Beer description
A homage to the past, the naming is a borrowing from the list of Salzburg archbishops. The Ignatius is a wheat beer in intense orange with a strong turbidity and white foam. In the nose clearly the note of ripe bananas. In the trunk then the fruit basket of bananas, peach and honeydew melon. The soft texture of the sweetish fruitiness gets the perfect balance through a restrained hop bitterness. In harmony with the delicate citrus tones of the tangerine through the cellar hopping with Amarillo and Citra.
