Beer description
A stout of chocolate-brown color, with strong dark chocolate flavor and nougat tones - and yet completely without chocolate, brewed only with very special roasted malts. Delicate fruitiness and liveliness through English yeast, a hazelnut brown crema, the aroma of dark chocolate and coffee-like roasted notes, fine nougat tones and a hint of Vistula can be seen. The beer has a rich body and a velvety mouthfeel, from which gradually develops a pleasant liveliness. Ideally served in a neutral elegant wine glass.
