The peculiarity of this beer is the brewing process similar to wheat beer, but using only barley malt and without wheat malt. Top-fermenting yeast leads to a fast, warm fermentation at temperatures of 18°-20° Celsius. Bursting bubbles cause a frothy spray, giving the impression that the beer is "steaming" in the fermentation cellar. Our steam beer is naturally cloudy and mild in taste, somewhat spicy with slightly banana-like flavors. With an original wort of 12.8% and an alcohol content of 5.6%, it is a strong, amber-colored beer that goes well with hearty meals.
