A rather generous helping of wheat malt, obvious given the style, gives an expected, creamy softness to round out the dryness. We diluted both its high density and light sweetness with synths of hoppy bitterness, and we’ve layered dried fruit and caramel notes to add aroma and taste. Even at our latitude, each sip of its heat will waft your thoughts away to the west coast.
