Beer description
Xingu Unique Red is a red lager, which means it follows a red ale recipe, but is made with low fermentation yeasts (lager). It is a reddish, amber-colored beer with a malty character that is mainly reminiscent of caramel and toffee. Its sweet taste and its light to medium body make it an ideal companion for dishes and snacks with meat, which can be raw (carpaccio and steak tartare), fried or grilled. It also goes well with spicy dishes such as sausages and dishes from Bahia, Mexico or Thailand.
