Beer description
Hatz Dunkles Weizen is brewed with selected special malts and top-fermented yeast and unfolds as a dark top-fermented beer specialty with a special malt character. Due to its malty aromatic and at the same time fruity note, the Weizen is known as a flatterer on the palate and nose.
Beer Character: Malty, fruity, full-bodied
A cloudy brown beer with medium head. Nose is on banana and wheat. Aroma is on wheat, biscuit and brown bread notes, light metallic touch, creamy, bit astringent. Finish is fruity and astringent with fresh bread notes.
