Beer description
The Gold Ochsen Weizenbock is a limited wheat beer specialty. This very special top-fermenting wheat buck was brewed according to a special recipe with the best wheat and barley malts and fermented using the carefully cultivated top-fermenting gold ox yeast. Refined to a specialty in a long and cold aging and storage phase in the cellar.
