Beer description

The color of the bottom-fermented beer comes from the use of dark malts from the region. This malt gives the dark one a slightly sweet taste. Depending on the type of brewing, it is drinkable, with little bitter substances and the right carbon dioxide. Unlike most other dark beers, this variant is unfiltered and not thermally treated.
