Cliff's Brauwerk Leipzig - Galaxy IPA

The new IPA stands out. The name comes from the Australian hop Galaxy, which brings a great freshness to the beer with its special flavours of passion fruit. A large quantity of the hops was not only used during brewing, but also during cold storage, which has also noticeably increased the bitterness. This blends well with the original wort of 12.2 and an alcohol content of 6 % vol. and gives the beer an intense, fruity, tart and refreshing flavour. Original gravity: 13.9°P
