The hops for Fürst Carl Pils grow nearby, in the brewery's own fields. The brewers care for and nurture them. They harvest, dry, and process the hops. The Bavarian varieties Mittelfrüh, Select and Merkur are used. They give the Pilsner a noble bitterness and aromas reminiscent of fir and pine, accompanied by resinous notes and a hint of elderflower.
Crisp Getman pilsner takes you from sweet summer straw to a hoppy end. Refreshing, nothing to complain about here.
