The Fürst Carl Kellerbier from the Schlossbrauerei Ellingen is a naturally cloudy, unfiltered, amber-colored Kellerbier. The smell is reminiscent of linden blossoms and cardamom paired with a light fruitiness. Hops are from Ellingen: Ellingen Mittelfrüh and Ellingen Gold.

I dont have too much experience with this style in the US. My favorite from what I’ve had is Radeburger Zwickel. This one is a nice light beer with great cloudiness. Don’t serve…
