Beer description

Why joy? Because this beer can improve your mood abruptly. You realize that the cold season is slowly passing and the first rays of sunlight confirm your smile on your face while you smell this beer. Brewed with a small dash of smoke malt it unfolds a scent reminiscent of Geselchtes, which is also confirmed on the palate, without seeming to be penetrating. Cleanly mingled, other malty notes can be found again and then leave the stage to a slightly grassy-hoppy note. The Forstner Heiterkeit Osterbier, which the breweress Elfriede Forstner-Schroll classifies as a creative beer, is rounded off with a subtle bitterness that blends wonderfully into the variety of aromas. Ideally fits the Easter beer, of course, according to the name, to a hearty Easter snack with Easter bread, Geselchtem ("Xöchz") and freshly grated horseradish. Be sure to try.
