Brauerei Fohrenburg - Fohrenburger Weizen

A fantastic intense creamy fine crown is stable on this golden yellow slightly opal wheat beer, in which a sparkling carbon dioxide is already visible. The nose reach but only a few varietal banana flavors, but a little more fruity citrus fruit notes. Some grassy hoppy notes are also included. Grainy with fruity orange aromas and a great mouthfeel it comes in the antrunk. Some yeasty notes in the background. The carbon dioxide fits perfectly in its fine intensity and creates a nearly perfect Rezenz. Increasingly more grainy and hoppy aromas with a bitterness that, however, also knows how to refresh. Lemon flavors with a hint of sweetish malt join in the after-drink and produce a pleasant bitter-yeasty aftertaste. Certainly not a typical wheat - but a good one.
