Did you see last night's sunset? The pink clouds dropped right onto the rooftops and people sat on the seafront to see off the white nights. A beautiful picture of a perfect summer evening! I wish I could take that moment and cork it in a jar..... Although wait, why not? FLASHING LIGHTS is a soft pink coloured sour ale to which we have added a generous portion of raspberry puree and delicate coconut. To give a harmonious balance to all the components of the drink, the brightness of the flavour has been smoothed out with a small amount of lactose.
