Beer description
Once a year, the Faust Doppelbock is brewed. Each vintage is unique, which is due to the natural resources. A high proportion of dark malts is responsible for the malty-caramel flavor. The bobs of the Brauhaus Faust are stored directly after the limited bottling in the swing top bottles in the rock cellar of the Faust Schatzkapelle and mature here to a real rarity.
