Bevog - Extinction Is Forever!: Northern Spotted Owl

This is a massive pale ale with malts and hops turned to 11. It is now more than 11 years since we started brewing here at Bevog and good ol’ days when bigger was better started creeping up to us. Joke aside, this stuff is brilliant. Deep orange colour from our favourite caramelised malts will hold the weight of late hop additions. With rich and orangey base it is loaded with moderate 60ish IBU hops to keep initial sweetness in ballance. Centennial, Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, Chinook and Columbus hops are mingling together into glassful of big citrusy, resiny and deligtful beer that will make the cold season rich, bright, warm and fun.
