Beer description
Strong beige-brown foam forms with an impressive creaminess and fine pore on this beer. The beer itself is pitch black and therefore completely opaque. Fine roasted aromas reach the nose and develop in consequence still cocoa and chocolate notes. Overall, the flavors are not too intense. With this toasty aroma, it also goes into the Antrunk in which develop parallel intense bitterness. The toasted notes disappear into the background after a short while and make room for strong cocoa flavors with light coffee notes. The carbon dioxide is fine and delicate, but always present and supports this full-bodied beer on the tongue. The roasted aromas are becoming increasingly intense and prepare for the after-drink. This brings back together with the roasted aromas a strong bitterness into the game. This beer has really succeeded.
