Booneshine - Dubbel Major

Our take on this Trappist style ale uses local honey and has a rich, malty nose with just a touch of caramel. Dubbel Major is malt forward in flavor with hints of banana, cloves, and a little spice in the finish. This beer is a collaboration with our friends at Ivory Tower and the App State Fermentation Sciences program. Sometimes one major is not enough.
