Cliff's Brauwerk Leipzig - Wheat Nelson

An atypical wheat that does not get the typical aromas of heavy bananas or cloves due to the special wheat beer yeast. This ferments slightly fruity and results in a mild wheat beer. What is special, however, is the hops used from New Zealand with the name Nelson Sauvin. It's very popular all over the world, so it's hard to come by. Now I was lucky enough to get some of it. The aromas promise hints of passion fruit, gooseberry and citrus fruits. The aromas of the Sauvignon Blanc grape should stand out, which makes the wheat a particularly refreshing beer.
