Cliff's Steirer Wolf Pale Ale

The name of the hops is program. For this pale ale, I basically used the hops variety Steirer Wolf. The aromas go towards tropical fruits, blueberries, melon, raspberry and elderberry. In addition, a new special yeast was used, which should focus especially the hop aromas in the foreground.
