Castelain Couvée Cascade

The Cascade Cuvée of the Castelain Brewery is a blond, raw hopped beer that reveals all the power of its aromas. This refreshing beer brewed with Cascade hops, as the name implies, shows a radiant golden robe with a very light white foam collar. In the nose there are many aromas of malt, hops, fruits, spices and biscuits. On the palate, the citrus fruits smell from the first sip of lemon, grapefruit, spices and flowers with slight bitterness. Its medium body, oily texture and high carbonation give it a distinct character, which is appreciated as an aperitif or dessert
