Mixed fermentation session sour beer, long-aged in our cellar and dry hopped with Amarillo and Simcoe.
Brewed with local unmalted wheat ("filiera dei grani alti") and primary fermented with the house yeast BUNNY (Bologna Unknown Native Naughty Yeast)
