An avant-garde, raspberry release from our Wild Series with a vibe that can’t be denied: Bring the Noise! We added in wheat while brewing, then ran it through a sour kettle and fermented it with a mix of wild yeast and microbes for six months. Then the cherry on the cake: raspberries for aging. Bring the Noise! is a dry and balanced wild ale with expressive sour raspberry notes.
The impulsive feeling we encountered in New Wild, Germany’s late-20th century postmodern movement, inspired us to design a series of wild ales in collaboration with Saint Petersburg’s own underground artists. Our bottle design is the passionate abstraction of Dasha.Su, a bold resistance to academic art, a pure and open expression of self. We’re done with empty words — Bring the Noise!
