Together with the home brewers of "Neumünster braut", we brewed a large batch of beer wort. Each of the home brewers was able to take a fermentation bucket full of it home to make their own individual beer. We kept the remaining wort and fermented it with an English Ale yeast. Perhaps you have the opportunity to try one or two of them. So, cheers and thank you to the entire crew of "NeumünsterBraut" for this great initiative!
