Together with the home brewers of "Neumünster braut", we brewed a large batch of beer wort. Each of the home brewers was able to take a fermentation bucket full of it home to make their own individual beer. We kept the remaining wort and fermented it with an English Ale yeast. Afterwards, we dry-hopped the beer with a pinch of New Zealand Motueka and Wakatu hops. In addition to our Collab Ale, at least a dozen other beers were created from the same batch.
