All steps from the recipe idea and to the finished beer in our own hands. That was our dream when we started to make the Wittorf Brewery a reality in spring 2017.
After a long search, we found a hall on the site of an old cloth factory in Neumünster Wittorf. Red brick, great location and enough space for a beer garden. The ideal location for a small brewery. The lease was quickly signed and the construction of the first brewery in Neumünster since 1986 could begin.
