The hop casserole radiates opalescent with a dark golden yellow to light amber. The foam adhering to the glass stands firmly and stably on top and forms an intense glorious crown. Already on the nose aromas of mango and peach, light grapefruit notes and already beautiful spicy notes. The fruitiness continues seamlessly with the first sip while drinking. The grapefruit produces a nice acid accompaniment here. Very subtle carbon dioxide, but the aromas still wonderfully supported. Very soft round mouthfeel with first bitter hop notes. The finish is an extremely well-balanced interplay between the now clearly seared fruit notes and the harsher hops influences. On the tongue and on the palate, this interplay remains until the next sip.
