Beer description

The carpenter bee is a blend from our honeybuck that was allowed to mature in three different whiskey casks: Rye Whiskey and Old Power Heavy Peat, both from the Rogner / Waldviertel distillery and Slyrs Bavarian Single Malt with Madeira Cask Finish. Over five months, the characteristics of Rye Whiskey (spicy-fruity), Heavy Peat (strong-peaty) and Madeira Cask Whiskey (vanilla, fruity-sweet) merged with the mildly resinous honeybuck.

Intensiver Geruch nach Honig, leicht rauchig. Geschmack sehr intensiv holzig, rauchig, torfig, etwas süß.
