Beer description
The Monkey King is still on the throne of our evergreens. In times of fast-paced Hazy IPAs and Pastry Stouts, His Majesty rules the beer market hard but fair. Nonetheless, we boarded up our royal monkey again. After the main fermentation, Brettanomyces yeasts were added to start a slow secondary fermentation.
