Beer description

"Pale Ale is the little brother of the IPA - not so harsh and strong, but round. Aromatic and refreshing. Ziggy has a balanced, light malt body that sets the stage for hop varieties from around the world. On this basis, Ziggy will come up with different flavors, delight and surprise. Because with every brew another special hop selection is used. The basic recipe remains the same, but the character of the beer changes the color, so to speak - no brew is like the other, "is how the brewing collective describes its Ziggy beer series. In this third brew in the "Ziggy beer series" German hop varieties were also used for the first time. The well-known hops "Hallertau tradition" should provide for a light, herbal-like and spicy finish. In addition, "Mandarina Bavaria" from Tettnang came for a fruity body in the beer. And last but not least, a hop new breed from the USA with the name "Jarrylo". This hop is considered a universal hops with multifaceted fruit flavors.
