Braukollektiv Freiburg - Dark Saison

The DARK SAISON is the first beer of the Xperimental Series from the brewing collective Freiburg. With this series, the young brewers always want to present a new beer style - in this case, a dark season. In this originally bright, Belgian beer type, which originates from rural Wallonia, the yeast is in the foreground. The yeast strain used and the relatively high fermentation temperatures ensure peppery notes, which get a fruity complement with the German Citric Hops, thanks to German aroma hops and subtle cold hopping.
