Our Brandy Bock gets its unique aroma from its 27-week maturation in brandy oak barrels. The wood of the barrel is full of flavor due to the brandy and gives our pale bock pleasant, fruity vanilla and caramel notes. When drinking the strong golden yellow Brandy Bock, the fine-pored foam, the balanced carbon dioxide and the fine flavor nuances of the brandy create a very pleasant mouthfeel. This unique barrel-aged bock is an excellent accompaniment to meat dishes or cheese. But also
