Brandmeier Cadolzburger - IPA (Edition I)

The Brandmeier brewery is releasing an edition here. Each edition is flavored with different hop varieties. Edition 1: Triple S, Double C - five different finest aroma hops are used - Summit, Simcoe, Super Galena, Citra and Cascade. Beer profile: A strong, firm head covers the top-fermented ale beer. The nose detects strong and distinct fruity notes. The first sip confirms these strong aromas. Light citrus aromas lighten the flavor profile. The strong bitterness spreads in the mouth, balancing itself out better in the mouth with every sip. The finish is fine and lean despite its considerable alcohol content. Edition 1: Strong berry notes of red fruits, light pine and citrus aromas.
